Scenario Pubblico - Catania
The aim of the project is that of artistic training through contemporary dance seminars and workshops with international teachers and collateral events that bring young people closer to cultural activities such as exhibitions, shows, book presentations and conferences.
Evergreen is a project that makes use of collaborations with local and international artists and institutions. Since 2023 it has found hospitality within the spaces of the Scenario Pubblico Center of Significant National Interest.
The workshop is aimed at young dancers aged 16 and over.

Born in Naples in 1995, Adriano Bolognino is a freelance choreographer who collaborates with companies and dancers in Italy and abroad. His work is supported by leading contemporary dance institutions, including Fondazione Orsolina28 Art and Körper – Centro Nazionale Italiano di Produzione Danza. In 2026, he was among the choreographers for the opening ceremony of the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics.
He has received the Danza&Danza Award twice: in 2022 as Emerging Choreographer and in 2024 for La Duse, which was awarded as Italian Dance Production 2024 – Middle Scale. His creations have been presented at major international festivals and platforms and have received recognition in choreographic competitions such as Burgos & Nueva York and MASDANZA.
His major creations and collaborations include works for the Rome Opera Ballet, MM Contemporary Dance Company, Opus Ballet, and Zfin Malta National Company, as well as productions supported by Italian and international institutions. From 2025 to 2027, he was an associate artist at the Teatro Comunale Città di Vicenza.
In addition to his choreographic work, Bolognino is committed to professional training and collaborates with international schools, companies, and programs, including Agorà Coaching Project, DAF Dance Faculty, Kayzer Ballet, Artemente, Vivo Center, and EDA ACT.

Miguel Altunaga is a Cuban-British choreographer, movement director, and dancer whose international career has led him to collaborate with major companies, including Danza Contemporánea de Cuba, Rambert, Hofesh Shechter Company, Akram Khan Company, and Lost Dog.
As a choreographer and movement director, he has created works for prestigious institutions and organizations, including Phoenix Dance Theatre, Royal Ballet and Opera, The Royal Ballet School, Elmhurst Ballet School, Birmingham Royal Ballet, Acosta Danza, Tate Modern, Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, Theatre-Rites, Emergence Dance, Hampshire Youth Dance Company, and the Holland Dance Festival. His language blends contemporary, classical, and Afro-Cuban influences.
His accolades include the Cuban Best Male Solo Award and several nominations at the Critics' Circle National Dance Awards in the UK, in the categories of Outstanding Male Performance, Best Dancer, and Best Modern Choreography. He has also served as a judge on BBC Young Dancer, helping to develop and support emerging young talent.
Silvia Rossi born in Prato. In 2009, she received a scholarship and moved to London to continue her training. In 2012, she graduated with First Class Honours in Dance Theatre from Trinity Laban College. That same year, she joined the Transitions Dance Company, performing works by renowned choreographers such as Tom Dale, Lauri Stallings, and Augusto Corrieri, touring Europe with the show Triple Bill.
In 2013, she earned a Master of Arts in Dance Performance, also from Trinity Laban College. While in London, she performed works by Sally Marie, Valerie Preston-Dunlop, Susan Sentler, Zoi Dimitriou, Sonia Rafferty, as well as Pompea Santoro and Veli Peltokallio in a reconstruction of Down North by Mats Ek.
She returned to Italy to attend Modem Pro, the advanced training program of Compagnia Zappalà Danza, and followed Roberto Zappalà through various workshops across the country.
She is currently a permanent dancer of the Zappalà Danza Company
Stefano Simmaco He is a multidisciplinary artist, dancer, performer, singer, musician and composer.
He began dancing at a very young age, and at just twelve, he won Mike Bongiorno's television program Bravo Bravissimo. His career continued through dance, theater, and television, with experiences alongside artists such as Massimo Ranieri, Giorgio Panariello, and Gianni Morandi. In 2015, he won the first edition of Forte Forte Forte, the talent show created by Raffaella Carrà.
At the same time, he pursues his own musical research, composing original music for dance and theater. His works include the music for La Divina Commedia del Kaos Balletto di Firenze, Sedotta and Sclerata Ballet, choreographed by Kristian Cellini, and several collaborations with Compagnia Zappalà Danza and CZD2. In 2026, he and Paula Matthusen composed the original music for Roberto Zappalà's FOMO (The Unbearable Heaviness of Being). In 2001, he was awarded the Gino Tani Prize by Maestro Ennio Morricone.
For years, she has combined her artistic work with teaching, developing a particular focus on musicality, listening, and the relationship between movement and music. Her experience stems from the intersection of different disciplines and the belief that dancers can find in music not only an accompaniment, but a fundamental tool for deepening the quality and awareness of movement.

Marco Laudani and Claudio Scalia, both born in Catania, are the co-artistic directors of ocram dance movement, a company associated with Scenario Pubblico. Active both nationally and internationally, they have long collaborated in the development of a distinct choreographic voice rooted in physical research and contemporary language diversity.
